Our safety plan is focused on six critical steps.
We take steps to reduce exposure by implementing daily wellness checks through Covid-19 Health questionnaires and temperature checks for our team members.
We require all guests to be symptom-free when joining us.
USE OF PPE
We provide all team members with the recommended PPE, train them in the proper use and care of the PPE, and ensure compliance.
All guests are required to wear a protective face covering when not eating or drinking.
We have reduced capacity and have ensured that physical distance is maintained across all areas of the restaurant, inside and outdoors with specific approaches for higher risk areas.
We have developed, trained, and implemented enhanced sanitation procedures across all areas of the restaurant in addition to constant monitoring via checklists.
We have implemented rigorous handwashing protocols requiring our teams to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. Our employees must wash their hands after touching any surface.
We have intensified our commitment to providing clean and sanitized utensils, flatware, china, and menus to all guests and have made single-use disposable options available upon request.
