Growing up cooking with her grandma and her mom, Margot always loved planning meals, decorating and setting the table. While in college in Boston, a first job in the restaurant industry led her to change her career path and switch her major to Hospitality Administration. Before joining the team at Leonelli to manage the bakery, Margot worked at acclaimed restaurants around the city including Lincoln Ristorante, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon where she developed her skills to offer memorable dining experiences to the guests. She strongly believes that some of the best memories people have are around the table with their loved ones. She wants to be part of creating that experience that will last a lifetime.
